Hello, I'm Lauren

Energy worker, word alchemist, and a river from Spirit. I teach shadow work the way I learned to do it: slowly, honestly, and with a lot of grace for the person doing it.

Surrendering to and processing the triggers brings the awareness of the pattern you need to change out of the unconscious mind and into your conscious mind. You will only be able to see the pattern once you've faced and processed the triggers. It's an energy thing.

What I offer in my sessions is assistance with this processing + extra energetic care and personalized advice. A reading, or a reiki session is a reflection, and each attunement is its own form of divine guidance and metaphysical support.
