Hello, I'm Lauren

Energy worker, word alchemist, and a river from Spirit. I do shadow work the way I learned to do it: slowly, honestly, and with a lot of grace for the person doing it.

My own path ran through the kind of years nobody asks for. I came out of a relationship that drained everything I had, financial and otherwise, and I had to rebuild from the inside out. Shadow work stopped being an interest somewhere in there and became the way I live. What I learned is that the parts of ourselves we hide are usually the parts that kept us alive. They don't need to be defeated. They need to be met.

That's what I offer in my sessions: a meeting. A reading, a reiki session, or an attunement is a mirror held steadily enough that you can finally look at what's there without flinching away. I'm not a guru and I don't want followers. I'm a guide who walks beside you while you do the only work that was ever yours to do.

When I'm not working with clients, I'm painting, writing, and rebuilding my own life in ways that feel like magic again. The artwork on this site is mine. It comes from the same place the sessions come from.
