A river from Spirit
I’ve studied Jungian concepts and have learned to make them flow with my own observations. My flavour of shadow work focuses on energy cleansing and nervous system work as a prime directive - in other words, I’ve noticed that energy cleansing is usually what precedes the uncovering of old patterns that can then be changed from that new energetic form. There’s lots of flexibility in how I approach this because I know that every individual is meant to progress in their own way and by their own design.
